WW2 Japanese razor

This razor was found on a pouch of Japanese soldier with old Japanese WW2 binoculars and. These items were delivered to a military memorabilia website and sold with other items. I never knew about this website and cam across the item through the bay. I had a chat with the owner before I bought this razor to determine its origin.
I used an optical characters recognition software to read the Japanese inscription.

A single edge razor that takes double edge blades.

Seems to have a serial number and is distributed from retail outlets. I will be posting the info on the box. If you have a better OCR or if you can read Japanese let us know in the comments section.
